Yes, I did file Chapter 7 no asset. It was really a piece of cake. I do encourage you and your husband to seek counsel, because like me you are just postponing the inevitable. Sit down and figure out a gameplan, and also learn to live without credit. It is difficult at first, but most of us can learn this valuable lesson. I certainly am grateful to have a second chance, and I hope you and your family can gain a fresh start as well. Best of luck!
